Technical office

The technical office has two CAD stations on PC (operating system: Windows NT 4.0) which use the software of Vero International Software and one with the software Rhinoceros 3D ,in addition to one CAM station with Auton software. The direct interfaces we use are: IGES and DXF, Parasolid (the core of our CAD), DWG, VDA, CATIA, Pro/ENGINEER.
The office develops the following jobs:

- management of the client's 3d.
- the 3d solid modeling of the parts from 2d drawings.
- digitalizing of models (reverse-engineering).
- if needed mould-flow.

All the mould projects are developed in 3D (solid modeling). From the 3d of the inserts passing through a CAM we obtain the NC programs for machining.
